Understanding the Grant Process (December 16, 2021)

Many airport sponsors know what projects need to be completed at their airport, but they are unsure how to request state or federal funding and what to do when a funding request has been granted. This webinar helped airport sponsors understand the type of documentation needed to receive a grant and the process each grant goes through prior to starting a project.

Speakers from MnDOT Aeronautics walked attendees through the grant process, including documenting the CIP, when to expect a grant once the request has been made, and how to fully execute the grant documents once it is received.
