About the Forum

The 2008 AirTAP Fall Forum brought together airport personnel and experts to learn about negotiating leases and service agreements, handling airport emergencies, working with airport commissioners, controlling snow and ice on the airport, and many more topics.

Session 1: Conflict Resolution: How to Negotiate and Mediate

Learn skills and strategies to negotiate confidently and solve problems when dealing with professional service contracts, hangar and property leases, maintenance agreements, and fixed-base operators.
