AirTAP Topics

AirTAP has collected ideas—“useful practices”—from airport personnel around the state. These practices are methods, processes, or innovative uses of resources that save time, reduce costs, or improve performance in airport operations. We’ve also developed a list of contacts in specific aviation-related topic areas. The contacts listed here have agreed to serve as resources and are ready to provide information or answer questions from our AirTAP audience.

Airport-related topics are grouped according to whether they concern administration or maintenance (or in some cases, both). Useful practices and topic contacts are listed for specific topics.

We’ll be adding information and contacts as they become available. If you have an effective way of doing something at your airport, you can help your peers by sharing this information on our Web site. Please send your ideas to Mindy Carlson at carlson@cts.umn.edu.
